Sleuthing, I just found out they used to make 3 in and 4 in sizes, until they replaced them with the 3 1/2 in. Which I have - and causes me fits trying to fit it in lunches - unbelievable how much that 1/2 inch matters. Tartmaster (original supplier to P.C. until P.C. manufactured their own.) has them in 3 and 4 in. versions but they are part aluminum - not sure about pampered chef's.

Oh goodness, Wyoman. I didn't realize they came in different sizes! I just measured mine and it's 3" across. So that Amazon one is slightly bigger. I bought mine about 5 years ago!

For the Pampered Chef one, I cut out the circles separately first, then smoosh down the middle of the bottom slice, then only fill the middle with spreads/fillings. Then put on the top slice (also smooshed a little in the middle to stretch it out a bit. I start having problems if there's fillings poking out where the press needs to smoosh the edges together!
Genius idea for those ice cream molds! They've been on my WishList forever, but I just might push for them this year now! (Since my other top items were the Americolor food writers and Kinderville ice pop molds, both of which I just bought for myself! Merry Christmas, me!)
