how to keep guacamole fresh (and green!)

In a couple days people will gather together in living rooms across the country to watch grown men in too-tight pants run around on a field jumping on one another and throw a ball around (the guys on the field, that is. Not the people in the living rooms. I hope). In other words, it will be Super Bowl Sunday.

This seems like the right time to share a handy tip for preparing and presenting a favorite party dish: guacamole.
