I've been planning for months.
Packing for weeks.
We've been too excited to sleep for days.
And today we are finally headed to the Happiest Place on Earth!
Mickey Mouse muffin tin meal:
- cucumber slices
- olives
- strawberries
- popcorn (no better place to munch popcorn than on Main Street USA!)
- Mickey head sandwich
- yellow mini M&M "buttons" in a mini silicone cup the color of Mickey's shorts :)
The two larger red and yellow silicone muffin cups are from the Cook It in a Cup cookbook.
So we are off to Disney World!
Regular lunch posts will resume next week.
I may or may not have time to post from the hotel some lunches that I've already got in the hopper... but hopefully not. :) Hoping to be in the parks 24/7. Or thereabouts. :)

YAY! We've been saving for 2 years to go to WDW and we're heading there in 4 weeks!!! Cannot wait to (hopefully) see what Disney themed lunches you have up your sleeve. (And I ordered those Mickey/Minnie cutters a couple of weeks ago, they are too cute!) Have a magical time w/ lots of pixie dust!
Have fun!!!! We live a couple of hours driving from Disney. We love it. That muffin tin lunch is awesome. My kid would really like that. I'll have to give it a try.
