In the large section is a spinach wrap filled with turkey, cheese and spinach. Decorated with nori and icing eyes. There are a handful of grapes on Halloween picks. I really don't care for purple grapes, but I'm trying to make myself like them. More antioxidants in the purple ones than in the yummier green ones. ;-)
In the side sections are jalapeno almonds and organic baby carrots. Yum.
This is all packed in a fabulous EasyLunchboxes container!

SO CUTE!!
LOVE it...SO GLAD YOU ARE BACK!
Is there a substitute that I could use for nori? I know Dudette wouldn't have anything to do with it, but I think this Frankenstein is adorable.
So glad you are posting again. What about using fruit leather instead of nori for the hair?
Cucumber peel would work too, if you could slice it in a wide enough sheet, or make several little jagged bangs bits side-by-side. Or even just mi up some food coloring and paint it on with a plastic-bristled brush (easier to clean off the food germs.) Or food markers, but they don;t fill in large areas well. Wilton makes spray-on food color too, if you cut out a stencil first.
I'm so glad you're posting again. I found your blog a month or so again and read the whole thing. I started making my kids' lunches bento style. They have just loved it. My daughter's school friend had to get a lunch box like her's and have it bento style too. Lisa
