I just went back to work this week (though I'm home with sick baby today.. poor kiddo) and the nutrition fact about planning a healthy dinner stuck out to me. Yesterday we had karate class and we ended up eating out (at Qdoba, which at least is better than other fast foods can be) but with some planning in advance, meals could be done at home and we'd still make it to class without a problem.melissaelaine2299(AT)yahoo(DOT)com
