How fun!!

1. I'd love to try the Health Valley cereal bars. They seem like they'll be a great healthy snack for my ds.

2. Enrolled! Can't wait to start logging hours!

3. I'm really excited to try some of the lunch box snacks that they have in the recipe area! The Better N Smores sounds YUMMMMMY!!! I'd really love for my ds to start liking Avocado - I don't like them, but I know how good they are for your body.

What a great giveaway! I love their products. I'd definitely purchase the Almond Dream as part of the items needed toward redeeming for the gift card.

I've seen the garden of eatin' products, but never those popped tortillas-I'd like to try those!

mochadoo said... [Reply to comment]

Visiting the site I was reminded to keep healthy snacks at hand so after school is a healthy eating time too! If I don't have junk here, they can't eat it!

We live on the almond dream... love it since we are dairy intolerant... we would like to try the tortillas!

1. I would love to try the Popped Tortillas and the Multigrain Sea Salt tortilla chips.

2. Signed up -- going to do something with my girls today & log it!

3. My girls like to get the yogurt parfaits at McDonalds after swim lessons but I want to try the recipe on the website and make healthy ones for them to take. I recently read that flavored yogurts have loads of sugar and we are trying to switch to plain greek yogurt and add in natural fruit or jams for flavor.

The picture shows strawberry cereal bars, and I'd like to try those. My son can not have artificial food dye, and nutrigrain bars have dye in the strawberry and mixed berry flavors. I'm guessing these would be safe for him.

I just went back to work this week (though I'm home with sick baby today.. poor kiddo) and the nutrition fact about planning a healthy dinner stuck out to me. Yesterday we had karate class and we ended up eating out (at Qdoba, which at least is better than other fast foods can be) but with some planning in advance, meals could be done at home and we'd still make it to class without a problem.
