She had a lunch kabob made with colby cheese and leftover sausage that my husband made the other night. I think it's bratwurst? I'm not sure. I think it's gross and don't eat it myself, but Paige thinks it's great and is thrilled when it makes an appearance. She also has blackberries & raspberries, cucumber slices, and a few butterfly crackers with a couple mini-heart shaped cut outs of pomegranate fruit leather.
That cucumber was grown from our very own garden! We only planted two cucumber plants and I was fully expecting them to die. Let it be known, I do not have a green thumb. But we have cucumbers o' plenty! It's very exciting. And a little challenging to keep Paige from going out and eating the cucumbers straight off the plants. Two thumb-sized not-ready-to-be-picked-yet cucumbers have already fallen victim to her impatience and voracious appetite. ;-)
