Across the top row: garden fresh cucumbers (farmer's market, our own aren't ready yet!), frosted animal cookies, bananas.
Bottom row: tortilla chips with apricot fruit leather tiger on top, a lion sandwich(roar!)(natural peanut butter & honey on multigrain bread, decorated with cheese and sprinkles), and an apple slice with a raspberry fruit leather giraffe on top.
The same sun-shaped cookie cutter from last week's MTM quesadilla was used to make this lion. Paige kept asking "are you making my sunny sandwich mama? Are you? Yay!" and she was quite confused when a lion appeared in front of her instead. Gotta keep these kiddos on their toes. ;-)
The fruit leather animals were cut out using a set of cookie cutter presses from Williams-Sonoma. The other cutters in the set are an elephant (you can see in this elephant themed bento lunch picture), a lion and seal. I don't think they are available on the website any longer, but I have seen stores are still stocking them if you are interested. :)
