There was not an assigned theme for MTM this week.

Across the top row she has: apple slices, organic yogurt covered raisins, strawberries.
The bottom row: homemade puzzle-shaped cheese crackers, egg salad sandwich on whole wheat bread, cucumber slices.
The homemade crackers (recipe post here) are made using my Lunch Punch puzzle cutters. It is Autism Awareness Month afterall. :)
The puzzle shaped crackers came out beautifully, the pieces can be connected and everything! :)

Love the cracker and the tin... I love little compartments since it forces you to diversify your menu and add fruit and veggies.

Awesome crackers! :o)
Melissa, do you make the "Baby Bam" the Emeril recipe calls for? I'd love to try making crackers, but that is a ton of spices to set aside for one recipe.
I have made the Baby Bam seasoning mix before and liked the results. This time I used "Emeril's Essense" because I already had it in the pantry. The second batch I made I used a mix of paprika, garlic salt, garlic powder and pepper and chili powder. On some I added a sprinkle of garlic salt to the top after the egg wash, and on another batch I added in some creole seasoning too. I liked them all. The kids didn't like the one with creole (though they like it on everything else I use it for!), but I think that one was my favorite.
I LOVE your site! I didn't know any of this existed and now I'm in love...
